“Soul song” is a painting about spiritual unity.
The essence of what Id like to share with this piece is…. the connection to source/ all things you experience, and activate once you remember who you are as an eternal soul.
A turning point in my spiritual journey was when unconditional love, acceptance and understanding were reflected back to me from my eternal self. An activation of the remembrance of divine love took place . Perhaps described as a ‘song’ because of the rising recognition of the souls very existence and this truth being set free… to be sung! I for one, have never felt more peace, harmony than spiritual unity . This painting was originally titled “Surrender to joy, open to bliss” but renamed “Soul Song” because it is more of a remembrance than a surrender.. There is no ‘healing’ to be done on your soul, just a return to your eternal state of being, LOVE,.This was the shift of consciousness my “Soul Song” painting accompanied me on. All of the light refractions represent this knowledge, reflecting and enlightening all areas of life. For me, ‘being love’ / ‘being with god’ is experiencing consciousness , practicing presence, and continually integrating the connection to all .. with Peace, Love and Unity.

A loving painting about spiritual unity of the soul. Oneness of the divine masculine, divine feminine and the dualities within.
“ There are opposites within us, call them what we like- Masculine and Feminine, Anima and Animus, Yin and Yang-and these are eternally in tension and are eternally seeking to unite. The human soul is a great arena in which the active and receptive, the light and the dark, the Yang and the Yin, seek to come together and forge within us an inscribable unity of personality. To achieve this union of the opposites within ourselves may very well be the task of life, requiring the utmost in perseverance and assiduous awareness. Usually men need women for this to come about, and women need men. And yet, ultimately the union of the opposites does not occur between a man who plays out the masculine and a woman who plays out the feminine, but within the being of each man and each woman in whom the opposites are finally conjoined.” ” From the book “Invisible Partners” by John A. Sanford

Im a dreamer, a seeker, a believer. At times I embody the archetype : the fool, in love. and thats OK cause I like living with this sorta limitless curiosity and freedom ~offering me my fullest moments of the heart. This painting was created while tapping into the magic of the divine feminine and meeting with love... You hear the call and you rise from the depths to offer your gifts with delicate vulnerability. Your flower is blooming, the cup is full of abundance, and the heart is beaming joy. Shining so bright on everyone and everything you see. You are happy because you showed up as YOU and in fact... you are seen and there is space for you to ‘Bare your beauty and soul.’ When I gaze upon this painting from January 2020 ~I connect with this deeper sense of love, because it came from within. Divine love~ its always with me. Releasing this painting and prayer to the world. It gives me goosebumps how beautiful she is and always becoming.
2017, 28 x 32" acrylic painting, created on my live art tour and finished in my Washington studio.
2020, 16 x 20 inch, acrylic painting on canvas.
Created this piece to honor : “Ho’oponopono”, the ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation used between the islands . The new age prayer shares 4 phrases: I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, I am grateful 💗. Reciting the mantra seeks repentance, forgiveness, love, and gratitude in our connections and with ourselves .I often relate rainbows to my time spent on islands and the abundance of love so the lil rainbow feels quite fitting.🌈 The rain/tears drops represent the emotional element~this art of vulnerability.
2020, 24 x 30 inch, acrylic painting on canvas.
Created at many raves and house parties around the Pacific Northwest.
~Under fire from above and below, a heart rises with rainbow vibrancy.. Shining and resonating it’s healing energy 💓The hearts ascension is a spiritual transformation, carried by Divine love, a protective vibration that can weather any fire, any rain and any storm. The heart is awakening with unconditional love! ~

Painted this one for the all the magical spirits out there~ The brave, playful , and adventurous hearts . Wanted to create a look as if the Unicorn was made from rainbow rock candy~ sweet like sugar . The black and white marble background just happened for contrast but really adds a lot to the strength. The unicorn rears in sweet triumph~ Proud to be a Rainbow Unicorn forever!

Started this painting while living in San Francisco, and have good memories of working on it in Golden Gate park. At the time I was just beginning to embrace pastels in my artwork.. Ive long painted with a lot of black and gold details over the years and this piece seems like a stepping stone between style, I used the frame of a mirror I saw in a vintage shop as inspiration for the gold design , and the ice cream was playfully improvised . I added many tones of gold metallic to the details and Im happy to call it finished.! Very strong but sweet piece that has a lot of balance between the two.

Started in 2015 ‘Plein air’ on the Mammoth falls viewing platform in Yellowstone national park, Wyoming. Its one of my favorite places in America and Ive visited this same overlook many times.. In the morning , dusk the middle of the night, in the rain and last time which was during a lightning storm ! It always beautiful but different.. the thermal pools are ever changing colors and shape throughout the seasons. A solo cross country adventure is where this painting came about.. Painting includes some gorgeous metallic details on the waterfalls.
