Painted in Missouri at Camp Zoe. Some of my fondest first memories of live painting are creating this piece at one of my favorite festivals, Schwagstock. Finished in Oklahoma in 2012. I was inspired to paint the rocks in this piece to resemble the beautiful lines and features of lace agate crystal. This large and surreal painting seems to compliment any room with plants that really allow the greens to pop!

During this time in my studio I experimented with color and shape. This was one of the last pieces of that realm and made for a magnificent finish in the series!
